We do not take any responsibility for supervision of children. Unless this is Discovery Kids. Parent/carers must accept full responsibility for the safety of your child/children whilst attending the facilities.
Please ensure you do not let any other children out of fencing areas and doors.
Please ensure no shoes are worn on the play areas, children must wear socks at all times.
Tea and coffee facilities are available, outside food is welcome but please ensure it contains no nuts or eggs.
All activities are prepared in the knowledge that they will be played with under constant parent/carer supervision.
Discovery Play is available to all ages and as such small items may be present. Please ensure you supervise your children to ensure they are on age appropriate equipment.
All products used are non-toxic or taste safe however they are not intended to be digested or mouthed.
No use of any products containing; nuts, soy, dairy or eggs in our messy play activities. However some products used do have allergy labels warning the product "May Contain traces of" these allergens.
Alcohol, smoking and use of vapes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
If you are unwell, please refrain from attending the premises to avoid the unnecessary spread of illnesses.
We respect the right to remove anyone from the premises that is showing misconduct, harassment or making any of our employees, children, parents uneasy.
Please be vigilant when using your mobile device for photos and ensure no other children are photographed without their parent permission.
Discovery Play will take photos for the use of business if you do not wish for your child to be photographed please advise staff.
Our sessions are non-refundable and unable to be changed to another date.
